NEIL T. BUCK

Managing Partner | nbuck@jbrp.com

Neil has been involved in commercial real estate for over sixteen years. Prior to co-founding JB Realty Partners, Neil was a senior analyst with CBRE, Inc. where he provided valuation and consulting services on investment-grade assets for institutional investors and lenders. Neil’s primary responsibility with JB Realty Partners is site selection and the entitlement of projects for both fee development and build-to-suit opportunities. Neil is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers and holds the MAI designation from the Appraisal Institute.  He received a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of Florida.  When not searching for the next great site or entitling properties, Neil can be found changing diapers and attempting to raise two small children.  He enjoys spending time on the boat and chasing after his kids at the beach.  He also enjoys cooking barbecue, and while he thinks he could compete with world-class pit masters, his friends and family constantly remind him otherwise.
